Urban Poetry

“Stop the Bombing” and “Love is a Revolution.” These are just two examples of stencil graffiti found in the neighborhoods surrounding downtown Denver. The graffiti carries anti-consumer, anti-war and pro-love messages and creates poetic and profound statements about the social issues of our times. This book was purchased by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
